Students applying from overseas will need to provide evidence of the completion of an International English Language Test (or approved alternative) and evidence of satisfactory conduct and attendance at the student's previous school. Upon enrolment at The Kooralbyn International School, all International students receive ongoing support to help them achieve both their academic aspirations and personal development goals.
Academic Support
International students benefit from academic assistance integrated throughout their coursework, with focused development in reading, writing, speaking and listening across various subject areas including English, Humanities and Social Sciences, Mathematics, and Sciences, building both foundational and advanced skills within these disciplines. Classroom instruction includes reinforcement of key concepts through structured, scaffolded activities that promote comprehension and continuity, utilising teaching methods that accommodate each student's individual learning preferences.

The care and growth of our International students is demonstrated through the comprehensive pastoral support available throughout their time at the school. This pastoral care is delivered by a dedicated full-time Learning Support Coordinator, Senior School Coordinator, Curriculum Coordinators and homeroom teachers.
